In 2017, Chunghwa Telecom became the first telecom operator in Taiwan that joined the CDP Supply Chain Program. Aiming for 100% completion of the carbon management knowledge education and training for the Critical Tier-1 Suppliers by 2025 and has been committed to collecting information of climate change and carbon emissions of the suppliers at least once a year.
Key Results
- Membership of CDP Supply Chain Program, facilitating 90 suppliers exercising carbon management
- 64.31 million CO2e reduced cumulatively across the supply chain 2018-2022
