Newsweek, the internationally renowned media outlet, recently announced the results of its 'World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2024' list. Chunghwa Telecom stood out among nearly 6,000 assessed companies worldwide, earning a spot on the global rankings as the only Taiwanese telecom operator, and ranking prominently among the 11 telecom operators listed globally. Newsweek, one of the top three U.S. news magazines, conducted a comprehensive evaluation using surveys and social listening analysis, focusing on three key indicators: customer trust, investor trust, and employee trust. The assessment covered nearly 6,000 companies across 23 industries spanning 20 countries, leading to the selection of the top 1,000 most trustworthy companies globally. With Taiwanese companies included for the first time this year, Chunghwa Telecom earned a spot on the list, highlighting the deeply rooted brand trust and global recognition for excellence.
