Notes:
1. This service is restricted by the equipments and related techniques which Chunghwa Telecom can supply, and must adhere to the company’s installation criteria.
2. The download/upload speeds for this service are 16M/3M, 35M/6M 60M/20M, 100M/40M, 100M/100M, 300M/100M, 500M/250M, 1G/600M.
3. Customers starting this service must pay a system set-up fee of NTD 1500, and agree to continue the service for two years. Upon initiation of service, customers pay only NTD 500 of the system set-up fee. Users who do not use the service to completion of the two years shall pay the difference remaining towards the system set-up fee (NT$ 1000). The difference is calculated based on the number of unfulfilled days in the rental contract.
4. An alteration fee of NT$200 is charged for changing IP addresses or clients, or temporary suspension of services.
5. Rental fees for temporary circuit rentals are calculated per day as 1/15th of the monthly fee
6. The table above includes all fees incurred by customer for connection equipment, exchange of trunk circuits within cities, and other equipment. The table does not include Internet usage fees.
7. This service is not provided to customers and ISPs (including HiNet) separately outside their calling fee area.
8. This service is limited to 8 Media Access Control addresses at one time per circuit in a linked network.
9. All fee item amounts on Chunghwa Telecom billing statements are rounded to the nearest NT dollar.
