How to Dial

• Dial format: International Access Code (019) + Country Code + Area Code + Local Phone Number
• Customers who have previously requested to restrict international dialing via 002 will automatically have 019 restricted as well—no additional request is needed.
• For customers using their own Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system: if international dialing is already restricted, they must also manually configure the system to restrict 019 in order to fully block international calls.
