1. In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (the “PDPA”), your rights and method of exercise in relation to the personal data we hold are as following:

  (2) Right to Rectification
  
  You have the right to request the supplementation or correction of your personal data. In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPA, we will complete the processing within 30 days. If necessary, we may provide written notice and extend the processing period by an additional 30 days.
  
  (3) Right to Restrict Collection, Processing, or Use
  
  Under the following circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPA, we will complete the processing within 15 days. If necessary, we may provide written notice and extend the processing period by an additional 30 days.
  1. If the accuracy of personal data is disputed, we will proactively or upon your request cease processing or utilizing it. However, this limitation does not apply if it is necessary for business operations or if you have provided written consent, with the dispute explicitly noted.
  2. If you believe that we have unlawfully collected, processed, or used your personal data, you have the right to request that we delete such data or cease its collection, processing, or use. However, we will review whether there has been a violation of the law and respond to you with the results.
  (4) Right to Deletion
  
  Upon termination or cancellation of your contract, or if you believe we no longer need your personal data, you have the right to request its deletion, cessation of processing, or utilization. In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPA, we will complete the processing within 15 days. If necessary, we may provide written notice and extend the processing period by an additional 30 days.
  
  However, if required for business operations (e.g., legally mandated retention periods) or with your written consent, we may retain, continue processing, or utilize your personal data.
