Payment Method
Payments at Chunghwa Telecom service centers, CHT exclusive franchise - Senao service centers
-for both overdue and unpaid phone bills
Authorized financial institutions/convenient stores
-for unpaid phone bills only, not accepting overdue bills
--please bring the relevant invoices to the authorized financial institutions or convenient stores such as
7-ELEVEN, Family, Hi-life, OK, etc. for payment
HiNet online payment
-for both overdue and unpaid phone bills, but limited to bills under account users’ name only
--user can first log onto online payment, then use the user’s bank
saving/debit account or credit card for payment
1.Bank saving/debit account for online payment (no service fee is charged)
2.credit card for online payment (credit card issuer will charge the user NT10 per transaction, for any fee
changes, please refer to credit card issuer’s notification)
Voice transfer payment via phone
-for both overdue and unpaid phone bills, but limited to bills under account users’ name only
--user can first call automated voice payment hotline of 412-6666 or 412-1111 (areas with six-digit phone
numbers please dial 41-6666 or 41-1111, with fees comparable to intra-city phone calls), then extension
899#, or fixed-line caller can dial 123 directly for customer service hotline. Users can conduct payments
for fixed-line, mobile, HiNet and intelligent network, etc.

Payment by mobile phone
-for both overdue and unpaid phone bills, but limited to bills under account users’ name only
--users first use GPRS handset to connect to “emome mobile network” in order to log into “My emome” for
“mobile billing payment service” function; or if using smartphones (such as iPhone, Android, etc), then the
user should first connect to http://hami.emome.net, then click “my page” for “bill payment”, next select
“mobile billing payment service” function. Afterwards, please follow the instructions for payment via financial
institutions saving/debit account.
Payment via MOD
-for both overdue and unpaid phone bills
--users first click “987” from MOD home page, then select “e-payment”, or enter from MOD home page>living
entertainment>financial planning>e-payment, next click “Chunghwa Telecom bill” function, afterwards please
follow the instructions for payment via financial institutions saving/debit account.
Automatic payment
1.Bank saving/debit account for payment: if the user has a savings account with Chunghwa Post or with any of
CHT’s contractual financial institutions, then the user can apply for automatic fund transfer/payment on regular
basis
2.Credit card for payment: if the user possesses credit card with any of CHT’s contractual financial institutions,
then the user can apply for automatic payment via credit card on regular basis.
3.The user can bring the phone bill, the bank passbook, the personal chop or credit card, identification card, etc.
to the acceptable financial institutions or any of CHT’s service center in order to process the automatic
payment plan.
