   1.Offering the IF, OK, Easy Talk and AP Talk customers to place the Int'l calls via 009.

   2.Offering 0800-080-147 toll free number for the recharge.

   3.Offering Chinese and English voice prompts.

   4.Offering language memory function, i.e., system will memorize what the language the customer firstly used, then offer the same language thereafter.

   5.Offering the remaining value check and the language modification functions.
