Super e-Call

1. Can be used for calls to more than 200 countries worldwide. 
2. Less expensive than ordinary international direct dialing telephony.
3. Customers can make calls from their mobile phone or a local phone. 
4. Calling method: 019 + country code + area code ＋ local phone number. 
5. Customers who have applied for a restricted (002/009) direct dialing phone 
    with Chunghwa Telecom may dial 019 for automatic restricted dialing services; 
    no separate application is required.
6. If customers have their own exchange and restrict 002/009 calls over 
    international direct dialing phones, they still need to set 019 as the restricted 
    calling prefix so as to enjoy restricted international direct dialing calls
