Principles

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) suppliers shall comply with the law and follow any and all relevant laws and regulations promulgated by the governmental agencies of all levels. When the internal code of conduct is against the law, the suppliers shall adopt the highest standard in compliance with the national law. When the code of conduct is in consistent with the laws and regulations, the suppliers shall adopt the standard which provides the greatest protection to the employees.
