Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is committed in winning consumers' ultimate trust by delivering "touching services".  CHT established the Customer Service Division to consolidate existing customer service resources to better respond and satisfy customers' various demands in a timely manner. In addition, CHT attempts to improve customer satisfaction through service quality certification; we also establish "consumer care organization" in our "CSR committee" to confidential customer information protection, customer request fulfillment in a responsible manner, as well as promotion of the concept of responsible consumption.

In the increasingly competitive telecommunication services industry, in addition to the competition of product prices, functionality and services, CHT believes that in addition to profit generation, CHT can only win customers' ultimate trust by continuously enhancing customer services such as timely fulfillment of customer demands and complaints in order to ensure that customers feel that CHT is genuinely interested in resolving social issues with its influences.

We are dedicated to refining and improving service quality. It ranked first in the telecommunication industry during Global Views Magazine’s “2015 Five Star Service Award.” Meanwhile, Chunghwa Telecom’ customer service personnel - Ms. Yu-Chen Lai was named “Customer Service Officer of the Year” by Global Views Magazine for being attentive to customers’ needs and treating customers as family.
