How to sign-up
CHT's Prepaid Card is available for purchase at  Taiwan-wide Chunghwa Telecom service centers,

 post offices, CKS Airport (telecommunications service center, Mega International Commercial Bank ), Hsiaokang International Airport, 7-11 or Hi-Life and NicoMart various convenience stores.

Notes

1. A beep is heard when there are only 6 seconds remaining on the card.

2. Hotels may collect an additional fee, or decide not to allow this kind of call.

3. To make a collect call, after entering the system and selecting voice instructions, press_*5# to talk to an operator.

4. If you don't have a spare, and want to continue calling after you use up this card overseas, please use Taiwan Direct collect calling:
Taiwan Direct dial-up number Þ choose voice instructions (Chinese or English ) Þ press 1 (Taiwan Direct) Þ ask the called party to approve charges.

5.  The International Calling Card may collocate with Mobile Phone International Roaming Service. Customers have to pay calling card fee and mobile roaming fee as well. It starts from entering system (not answering by called party) to leave system.
